Nestled in a quiet street close to the Gare de l'Est, Grand Amour has 42 rooms and an apartment under the roofs, in a setting inspired by the whimsical and free Paris. Vintage furniture, contemporary works, art photographs and daring colors make up an eclectic and personal universe. Each room tells a story.
A place designed as a collector's house, between a bohemian refuge and an arty address, open to curious minds and lovers of uniqueness.
On the ground floor, a restaurant that is lively from morning to night. Oak woodwork, red benches, antique tiling and terrace tables evoke the codes of Parisian cafés — revisited with irreverence.
The service is uninterrupted, from breakfast to dinner to Sunday brunch. We meet there for a coffee at dawn, a generous dish of the day or a lively dinner, supported by a clear and accessible menu.
Outside, paved terrace surrounded by flowers and birds, is a timeless bubble for a drink or simply smoke a cigarette.
At the back, hidden behind the mirrors, the Book‑Bar is a secret library that can be transformed at will. A warm and confidential space, between a literary salon and a reception area, which can accommodate cocktails, projections, launches or DJ sets.
At his side, a Living room covered with mirrors, decorated with a Tropical aquarium, completes the dreamlike and eclectic universe of the place. The two spaces can be privatized together or separately.

Artist, stroller, lover of Paris and encounters, André Saraiva is the free spirit behind the Amour Hotels. A key figure on the artistic scene with his mythical character Mr. A, he transposed his mischievous, sensual and poetic universe into these hotels like no other, created with Thierry Costes.
Designed as arty, festive and romantic refuges, the Amour Hotels (Paris 9th, Grand Amour in the 10th, and Amour in Nice) reflect a unique vision of hospitality: no standardization, no fixed rules, but lively places, but lively places, where you sleep, dine, dine, love, work, meet again, sometimes without really knowing what time it is.
Each room is a surprise: photographs, drawings, bright colors, vinyl or antique furniture... André composes each address as a collage of influences, between artistic freedom, Parisian spirit and a taste for unexpected detail.
Under his leadership, the Amour Hotels have become cult places, both intimate and open to the city, where people come for a night... or for a story.
