Café Marly

‍93 rue de Rivoli 75001 Paris

One of the most beautiful secrets of Paris and also one of the best kept... Located under the arcades of the Louvre, it is the perfect combination of a Parisian brasserie and a literary café where you can relax gently on the terrace and where you can enjoy the view of the pyramid.
A unique and iconic place, strongly linked to culture and luxury, Café Marly is part of Beaumarly's DNA.

A kind of echo of the place, the sound identity of the establishment offers French music, from the 70s to the present day and remixed by our DJs.

designer(s)

OLIVIER GAGNÈRE

In 1994, Gilbert Costes called on Olivier Gagnère and asked him to decorate the CAFÉ MARLY at the Louvre Museum: the designer then develops all the furniture and lighting for the establishment with a signature that is unique to him. Olivier Gagnère offers a sumptuous atmosphere that echoes the Marly, its wooded and classified living rooms and these majestic arcades that shelter the terrace.

A self-taught and eclectic artist, Olivier Gagnère is a glassmaker, ceramic artist, cabinetmaker, interior designer, decorator and designer all at the same time. Born in Paris to an antiquarian father in 1952, he developed a passion for decorative arts and gradually his neoclassical style stood out: fuelled by his numerous trips around the world, Gagnère's style was culturally rich, eclectic and assertive. He combines modernity with ancestral techniques and his works are recognized for their balance and originality.
