‍Designed and developed by Constança & Thierry Costes, the Beaumarly Endowment Fund provides support to change actors who facilitate access to school education for children from low-income families with SLAs (Specific Language and Learning Disorders).

We believe that every child has the fundamental right to a quality education and that all children, including those with specific language and learning disabilities, have a unique potential to offer society.
Our Beaumarly endowment fund aims toe to support associations and scientific research, as well as to make schools aware of the potential of these students as future citizens who contribute positively to our society.
As such, we see on a daily basis that people who have long been rejected by the education system are succeeding remarkably well in the restaurant sector. Their untapped potential is revealed when they receive the support they need.

The main challenges: Education and inclusion

Les specific language and learning disorders (SLDs) are due to the achievement of a specific cognitive function, and have repercussions on daily life, school learning but also later on social and professional life.
Currently, these children do not have equitable access to school education and are unfairly excluded from our school system, represent an enormous loss of resources for our society and a source of suffering, as some of them will develop a marginal lifestyle.

In France, laws regulate access to education for students with different learning profiles, but their implementation, especially in modest environments, often leaves much to be desired. A lack of in-depth knowledge of these specificities is also a major obstacle in offering adequate help or simply recognizing the potential of these children.

Our objective is to offer our support to projects that can advance this cause. We give priority to projects based on science. It would be an honor for us to discover new projects and to support them. We strongly encourage those who are interested to share them with us. To date, we are financially supporting the following initiatives:
